📦 Shipping FAQ

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and many go out the very next busines day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, with USPS as our primary. The carrier is chosen based on size, weight, destination, and best value at the time of shipping.


Do you combine shipping?

Yes! We combine shipping whenever possible.
If combining results in excess postage, we refund the difference after your order ships.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

Possibly — but you must contact us before placing your order.
Expedited shipping is available at the buyer’s expense and must be approved in advance.


Do you ship internationally?

  • Website & Facebook Marketplace: United States only
  • eBay: International shipping is available only to countries supported by eBay’s international shipping program

All international orders are subject to eBay’s policies and fees.


Do you ship fragile items?

Absolutely. We are very experienced in shipping fragile glass and collectibles.

  • Items are packed professionally
  • Insurance is included at full purchase value

Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


What happens if my package is damaged, lost, or stolen?

We will assist when possible, but:

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after shipment
  • Carrier claims must be filed through the shipping provider
  • Porch theft and delivery issues are the buyer’s responsibility


What if I entered the wrong address?

Buyers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Do you ship firearms?

No. We do not ship firearms or firearm-related items under any circumstances.

Orders that violate this policy will be canceled.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — in-store pickup is available unless stated otherwise.

Any alternate pickup or meetup must be arranged and approved before purchase.


Can I request special shipping instructions?

You’re welcome to ask before placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee special requests once an order has been placed.

Shipping Availability

We ship within the United States through our website and Facebook Marketplace.

International shipping is available exclusively through eBay and only to countries supported by eBay’s international shipping program. All international orders are subject to eBay’s policies, fees, and delivery terms.


What We Ship

We ship most items sold in our shop, including vintage, resale, décor, and fragile collectibles.

We do not ship:

  • Firearms or firearm components
  • Items that are too large, heavy, or unsafe for us to package and handle

If an item is not eligible for shipping, this will be noted in the listing.


Carriers

We use all major shipping carriers, with USPS being our primary provider. Carrier selection is based on item size, weight, destination, and best value at the time of shipment.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

In many cases, orders ship the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate
  • We combine shipping whenever possible
  • If combined shipping results in excess postage, we refund the difference once the order ships

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available if you contact us before placing your order.

All expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed prior to purchase.


Packaging, Insurance & Fragile Items

We specialize in shipping fragile and high-value glass and collectibles and take great care in packaging.

  • Insurance is included at full purchase value
  • Items are packed professionally to minimize risk in transit

Once an item leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We will assist buyers when possible with carrier inquiries or claims. However:

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped
  • Claims must be handled through the carrier
  • Porch theft and delivery issues are the buyer’s responsibility

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments

Buyers are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to retrieve the package

The buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Firearms & Restricted Items

We do not ship firearms or firearm-related items under any circumstances.

Any order found to violate this policy will be canceled.


Local Pickup

Local in-store pickup is available unless otherwise stated.

If you wish to arrange an alternative pickup or meetup, this must be approved prior to purchase.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.
